After your consult, you can expect to receive a personal profile for our software system, an introductory book walking through FAQ’s and nutrition topics and a recipe book to guide you with your progress.

Check-in weekly where your coach will analyze your information, determine what adjustments are necessary, and provide resources and strategies to ensure that you are still heading towards your goals.

-An individualized nutrition plan including an introductory guide, target calories/macronutrients and a recipe book.
-An introductory call or coffee-meet up to discuss your goals, clarify any questions you have, and our plan of action.
-Personal profile access in our software that tracks bodyweight, food intake, custom habit goals and includes integration with popular tracking applications (MyFitnessPal / Macros+).
-Guaranteed response from your coach within 24 hours to check-ins or any messages.
-Weekly check-ins to cover any of your questions and to make adjustments if necessary.
