We believe that having a solid ground work through lifestyle and habit changes, it will allow you to reach your health goals in a sustainable way. At Kôr we believe that mastering consistent movement, caloric balance, regular sleep and adequate protein intake will lead to long-term success. Implement the Kôr components and over time results will follow.

We help educate our clients while working together, so you can tackle nutrition by yourself when you are finished working with us. 
Ô- Ownership
As a coach, we can lead you, teach you, encourage & support you through your nutrition journey but at the end of the day its all up to YOU on your outcome & success, taking ownership of your journey & actions lead to where you want to go. 
R- Routine
We want to implement healthy habits into your daily routine. We all know that a diet doesn't work if it doesn't work with your lifestyle.
